Must admit, the majority have been searches for Mt. Ararat; I'd posted Michael's AMAZING and carefully composed photograph, and that has drawn probably half of those views.  This was taken in Yerevan, the capitol of Armenia, in 2009, by Michael T. Lacey.

On the road again (well, nearly)

Michael is off to Texas next week; speaking at Texas A & M and then visiting his family in Austin.

A few days after he returns, we are off on another adventure.  We're headed for Norway!

In the meantime, I'm posting some photos from February/March, to get back in the habit...

We invited some friends & neighbors (old & new) and some of Michael's colleagues from the Math Dept. at Georgia Tech and had a very informal party, which ended up being great fun, especially after the puppy arrived...  We asked everyone to bring a little tealight candle... as it turns out, we have enough left over for the next year, because our Decatur-across-the-street neighbors were cleaning out their attic, and brought over a grocery sack FULL of tea lights and a bunch of those cool little glass holders...
